We help you assemble the perfect team to meet your design and budget needs.
Meet the Architect
The architect will help you design the structure of your home. Your new home location plays a big part in the design of your home. Once you have found the perfect property, Compass Homes and the architect will be able to work with you to start designing your home. Figuring out the details such as where you want bedrooms to be, what structural features are important to you and space planning.
Design and Planning
Let’s begin the process by talking about their dreams, lifestyle and inspiration. We will listen to your needs and wants. We discuss your timeline, expectations and budget. We get into more details of what you want your new home to look like. Our team helps you walk through all the selections.
Pre-Construction Meeting
As you begin to finalize your project selections, we will meet with you and go over final bids and the timeline we have created, start to finish of your project. Providing you with the best communication so you know what to expect throughout the entire process.
Let the Construction Begin
Let’s build something beautiful! Here is when all the details are finalized, permits have been submitted, and financing is completed. This is the moment you have been waiting for. Watching all your ideas and dreams come to light.

The dust has cleared, your new home is finished. Compass Homes strives for excellence. At the end of your project, we do one final walk through with you and go over every single detail. We want our customers to be absolutely satisfied. We go over final costs and any other punchlist items that may need to be completed prior to your move in.
